This is to officially advise of a Special  Meeting of the Board of Commissioners on June 19th, 2024 starting at 6:00 pm.  in the Sanctuary of Ingleside UMC located at 4264 Capital Heights Ave, Baton Rouge, LA 70806.  The agenda for this meeting is attached.

Public Comments

This is a public meeting.  In accordance with Louisiana State Law, all items on this agenda are open for public comment.  Members of the public desiring to speak on a particular item should email contact@CHCPID.org or may comment on an agenda item at the time of the meeting upon acknowledgement by the Board Chair.

  This meeting notice was posted on the District website at www.chcpid.org and on the main door of the meeting location of Ingleside UMC facing Ingleside Drive, at 6 p.m. on 6/17/2024.
