    1. 24-0602 Receive a report of current balances, year to date expenditures, and expected expense for remainder of calendar year 2024

  6. CORRESPONDENCE

    1. 24-0603 Acceptance of Addie Graffeo’s commissioner appointment by the Capital Heights Neighborhood Association and Oath of Office taken May 15, 2024.

    2. 24-0604 Acceptance of notice from Ingleside UMC of $50 fee for each use of facilities for meetings

  7. INTRODUCTIONS

    1. 24-0605 Authorizing an increase in quantity of patrol hours used in the months of June, July, and August to be offset by a decrease in hours September through November to address an increase in reports of criminal activity during summer months

    2. 24-0606 Authorizing an amendment of contract with patrol group to increase hourly rate to $35, reduce administrative monthly fee to $400, and require patrol officers to report burn out street lights to Entergy and include in monthly report

    3. 24-0607 Authorizing an amendment of contract with Snakebite Consulting LLC to increase monthly rate to $1500 and not to exceed $18,000 annually for administration and consulting 

    4. 24-0608 Dissolution of the Communication, Beautification, Safety, and Nomination Committees created in 2018 and return their duties and powers to the Board of Commissioners

    5. 24-0609 Authorizing the use of available “District Improvement” funds in 2024 Budget to contract an engineering firm to complete plans for crosswalk improvements at the intersections of Capital Heights Ave and Jefferson Hwy and Capital Heights Ave and South Foster Dr

    6. 24-0610 Approval by Board of Commissioners of “Cooperative Agreement Letter” with the Capital Heights Neighborhood Association entered into by Hains

    7. 24-0611 Approval by Board of Commissioners to adopt an official seal
